INTRODUCTION ROLLED OMELET & RICE & MISO SOUP
You can learn Japanese Home cooking with me.
I'd like to ask you to prepare all ingredients beforehand, then you can make with me!! I will use all ingredients what you can get it by supermarket or ecoshop.
ROLLED OMELET (prefer to use Japanese Omelette Pan/Egg Pan, Coated with Dupont Teflon) eggs, soy sauce, salt, sugar, Kombu (dashi), oil
RICE: rice, water
MISO SOUP: miso, dashi, tofu, spring onion...etc
