I'd like to ask you to prepare all ingredients beforehand, then you can make with me!! I will use all ingredients what you can get it by supermarket or ecoshop. For 4 persons (prefer to use deep fried pan) boneless chicken leg, spring onion, ginger, potato starch, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, sake (Japanese cooking rice wine), salad oil, sesame oil
